Take a Break "Take A Break", as the name suggests, is an exclusive offer which entitles the your family to a 2 nights and 3 days of accommodation at a wide range of resorts. In this package more than 38 number of resorts across India would be offered, for 2 persons and 2 children (below 8 years of age). Salient features :
  • 2 nights and 3 days, premium holiday package, to explore the best of Indian tourist destinations, at some of the luxurious resorts. All resorts offer 2 star, 3 star and 4 star facilities.
  • Rs. 399/- per Night Handling/Reservation charges are payable by the customer at the time of booking.
  • The offer is valid only in the first year of the membership.
  • Customer needs to apply at least 30 days in advance of his desired holiday dates.
  • All confirmations are subject to availability and individual bookings. No group bookings/ conferences are permitted
 Availing the holiday package To avail the holiday package, the recipient needs send the filled holiday package request form that was sent with membership kit by mentioning the dates, destination and the resort he wishes to stay at. The form must be sent at least 30 days in advance of his/her requested dates, to Holiday Package Central Reservation Office :- Bigway Online Services #509, C Block, Aditya Enclave, Ameerpet, Hyderabad - 500038. On receipt of the Booking Form, Holiday Package Reservation office processes the request for Reservation in accordance to the choices mentioned in the Booking Form and issues a “Letter of Confirmation” to the recipient within 10 days from receipt of booking request form. Terms & Conditions
  • The 2 night & 3 days holiday package entitles the holder to a complimentary accommodation for a COUPLE and two children at any of the listed Hotels / Resorts.
  • The hotel/resort has the right to charge for additional facilities like extra bed in the room, heaters & other leisure facilities. Extra F&B taken at the hotel are to be paid at directly at the hotel, before checking out. The customer shall exclusively be liable for the same. Bigway Online Services shall not be liable for the F&B taken or any other additional facilities availed by the customer & the same shall be settled between the hotel /resorts & the customer.
  • At least 30 days notice for reservation is required with the 1st, 2nd &3rd choice of destinations & dates to process for Bookings. Please maintain at least 7 days gap between preferred check-in date. Incomplete forms shall not be acceptable under any circumstances. Bookings through phone or fax are not acceptable. Only original booking forms are acceptable. The status of a particular booking shall be told to the coupon holder of this offer at least 7 days before the date of check-in.
  • Requests for reservation has to be made by post/courier to the reservation office of Bigway Online Services. Along with DD of Rs. 399/- per night (in favour of "Bigway Online Service" payable at Hyderabad" as service / utility charges, All bookings are subject to availability and except diwali, summer (1 April to 15 June), Xmas and all Govt Holidays.
  • Bigway Online Services Reserves the right to change hotels & dates, in case of non-availability. Booking will be done on “first come first serve basis.”
  • The holiday voucher is non-negotiable & non-transferable.
  • Once Bigway Online Services has confirmed a particular request for reservation, no change thereafter would be possible/ permissible.
  • A confirmation letter shall be issued in name of applicant by our reservation office & all recipients are required to carry along the original letter of confirmation, to be produced at the time of check-in at the hotel/resorts. Details of the destination, hotel, its services and address, etc. would be mentioned therein.
  • The holiday voucher is for individual travelers hence No any group booking will be provided.
  • The complimentary offer can utilize only by the person to whom it is issued. The person asking for reservations & singing the booking form is responsible for his/her spouse/partner respect of giving the acceptance of the above terms & conditions.
  • The offer dose not includes any other services or facilities not mentioned herein.
  • The offer can be redeemed only once.
  • All completed booking forms shall be accompanied with a proof of purchase.(Photostat copy of the bill/Invoice)
  • The time given for registration & availing the package is not extendable in any event reason whatsoever.
